We collect your name, email address, and password at registration. At checkout, your payment details are processed by our payment provider — we do not store card numbers on Televago servers. We also collect usage data (pages visited, plans purchased).

We use collected data to provide the service, process orders, offer support, and (with your consent) send promotional communications. Your data is never sold to third parties.

3. Data sharing

We share limited data with partners necessary to deliver our service (payment processor, eSIM provider, email service). Each partner operates under a GDPR-compliant privacy policy.

Account data is retained while your account is active. To delete your account, contact us — your data will be removed within 30 days.
