1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Televago platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service description
Televago allows users to purchase digital eSIM data plans for 190+ countries. No physical SIM card is shipped — all plans are activated instantly via QR code.
3. Account creation
Some features (balance, cashback, order history) require registration. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure.
4. Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout (AZN or USD). Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Televago does not store your card details.
5. eSIM activation
Your eSIM is ready as soon as you receive the QR code. Refunds are available for unused plans within 14 days of purchase. Activated plans are non-refundable.
6. Wallet & cashback
Wallet balance cannot be converted to cash. Cashback rewards can only be used for purchases within the platform. If your account is closed, any unused balance is forfeited.
7. Limitation of liability
Televago is an intermediary that sells eSIM plans. Network coverage, speed, and quality vary by local carrier. Televago is not liable for losses caused by network outages.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
