Refund eligibility

A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The eSIM QR code has not been scanned.
  • The data plan has not been activated.
  • The request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Non-refundable cases

  • Plans where the QR code has been scanned.
  • Partially used plans.
  • Requests submitted after the 14-day window.
  • Cashback rewards earned from wallet top-ups.

Refund process

To request a refund, email support@televago.com with your order number. Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Technical issues

If an eSIM fails to install on your device due to a technical fault, contact our support team. We handle these cases individually — offering a full refund or a replacement plan.

Wallet balance

Funds added to your Televago wallet cannot be converted to cash and can only be used for purchases on the platform.
