After purchase, you'll receive a QR code by email. On your phone, go to Settings → Mobile Data (or Cellular) → Add eSIM, then scan the QR code. The process takes about 2 minutes.
eSIM is supported on iPhone XS/XR (2018) and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, and most flagship Android phones from 2020 onwards. Your device must be unlocked.
Yes. The travel eSIM handles data only. Your main SIM (calls and texts) continues to work alongside it.
Validity starts when you first connect to a supported network in the destination country — not at the time of purchase.

Yes, for unused eSIM plans. If the QR code has not been scanned and the plan has not been activated, contact support within 14 days of purchase. See our refund policy for full details.
